Intelligent gantry welding system for large structures, long seams and a large work envelope. Precise servo axes, integrated welding technology and camera-based correction that follows the actual geometry of the workpiece.

Large structures. Long seams. Stable automation.

NeuraGantry is built for workpieces whose size, weight or seam length exceeds the economical work envelope of a conventional robot cell. Its linear and gantry axes carry the welding robot or welding head along the entire structure.

Camera-based seam tracking aligns the path to the actual position of the workpiece. The NeuraAdaptive Weld module can also adjust travel speed, wire feed speed and weaving parameters based on the measured seam geometry.

Configuration – NeuraGantry Track

Gantry welding configuration with intelligent seam tracking. Ideal for long, repetitive seams or seams that need correction because of manufacturing tolerances.

  • Servo-driven gantry and linear axes
  • ABB or FANUC robot integration
  • Camera-based seam and path tracking
  • Kemppi welding power source integration
  • Recipe management and process logging

Configuration – NeuraGantry Flow

NeuraGantry extended with automated material handling and line control. Roller conveyor, transfer carriage or robotic loading and unloading can be linked to the welding process.

  • Automatic loading and unloading
  • PLC coordination and buffer logic
  • Recipe-based changeover
  • OEE and production data
  • OPC UA, MQTT and MES connectivity

Typical applications

  • Rail vehicle and underframe structures
  • Agricultural and construction machinery structures
  • Longitudinal beams and crane bridge elements
  • Tank and frame structures
  • Large-scale steel and aluminium welding tasks
